The basic DBAppraise plan is designed to support small and medium–scale Progress and OpenEdge database servers with a low volume of transactions and number of users and with activity that is primarily focused on weekdays. This service level offers 24x7x365 monitoring of the database and a one-hour response time for critical problems detected during weekdays and within stated hours of coverage.

DBAppraise Plus

DBAppraise Plus is designed to support medium and large–scale mission critical Progress and OpenEdghe database servers with a large volume of transactions and number of users, or with activity that is not limited to weekdays. This service level offers 24x7x365 monitoring of the database and a 30 minute response time to critical problems. DBAppraise Plus includes Proactive Maintenance coverage enabling our DBA's to proactively correct issues before they become problems.
